Hi All-

I am trying to extract an install file into my local web directory and I am getting a strange prompt:

What does this mean and what can I do to get around it?

it looks like a password protected zip file - we do not password protect any of our downloads, so if it's a core download I recommend you download it from dotnetnuke.com

This is where I downloaded it from.  But I figured the problem out, I didn't have admin rights on the directory that I was trying to unzip the file on.
