I am receiving this error in my application. Can someone please help. I have incompitent programmers and I'm willing to pay for a quick fix. Thank you.

 

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Only one <configSections> element allowed per config file and if present must be the first child of the root <configuration> element.

I would have your developers see why they have another configsections node in the web.config outside of system.web, it should be prior to the system.web node near the very top of the web.config file.
