Was yours an upgrade or clean installation?

Unfortunately I'm wanting to upgrade an existing installation so a blank database probably wouldn't be too helpful.

Please wait with upgrading live sites to DNN 5, there have been a couple of issues identified, which are currently fixed for DNN 5.0.1

I had no probs with the 4.9.1 upgrade (or any previous since ~4.2 I think) so I thought there might be a little ironing out yet in v5.

If you check the Run As DB Owner option, you should not get that error.

briang: that option has both been mentioned already in this thread and identified ast not being the case
