I'm new at this and I've gone through the installation and I'm getting an error message that I can't figure out.

File
Error   File or assembly name ubyvm9ty.dll, or one of its dependencies, was not found.

Anyone ever seen this before?

I'm using 2.3.1 but I installed 2.3.0 and I'm getting the same error.  This tells me its something with my local setup but I can't figure out what.  I get the installation complete page with the link to go to my site but I still get this error when I try it.  I've also noticed that if I continue to refresh the page I get the same message but with different DLLs.  The names seem to be random which makes me think it has to do with the DLLs when they are loaded into memory. But I'm just guessing now.

make sure teh ASPNet user has access to the

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files

directory....that dll name looks like the name of the tempory dll's the asp.net process creates

It does, it has full access as of yesterday.  I've also made sure of the same on my DNN folder.
