Hello:
I read all the threats that make reference to the problem. After upgrading to DNN 5.0.0 I can not login. I tried to delete OpenID and Live ID from the database but does not work. Is it possible to return to the previous status of the upgrade?

Will I be able to continue working with my website before version 5.0.1?

Is it possible to login some other way?

This situation is very distressing for me ...
I have also read Mike's blog.

Then I have my site and database backup before upgrade. The first take much space (250MB) and DotNetPanel can not perform the installation. Is a good way to try to delete all the files on my site and then upload backup via FTP? I'm afraid to delete everything and lost all.

Thanks for all the support

Thank you
Imanol

Well done.. assuming you have all your files/folders and database backed up just before the upgrade that was a good move. Delete database/files, upload the old files and attach the old database...

Your hosting provider may also help as well if they do backups (one hopes they do)...

Ok

Thank you for your prompt response Alex. I will make a copy of the current situation (the site looks good, but you can not access user) and the database.
Then remove the files and database. Later ascend the old files and restore the database before.
Should run well? Do I have to make the connection to the database again?

Thanks

Imanol,... somewhat less concerned

It should just work...

You may need to clear your cookies/cache and restart IIS. In fact you might want to do this now to see if this helps.

NB you did use your machine key across in the upgrade in web.config?

Are you getting any error messages at all?

If it's related to auth providers/you've got the solution but can't fix it then you might prefer to restore from backup from the moment anyway.

I will restore the previous copy.
For this I am deleting the files but I get an error when deleting wwwroot/portals/0. Can not delete it. The error I get is:
<cp.deltapihost.com>

Extender control 'cpe' is not registered to extend control. Extender controls must be registered using RegisterExtenderControl () before calling RegisterScriptDescriptors ().
Parameter name: extenderControl

At the moment I am lost
I will reboot the computer and see what happens.
Very grateful for your prompt attention.
Imanol
