everything has been fine, so i decided to install internet explorer beta v2 as soon as i restarted my computer after the install the browser couldnt connect to the intranet page which ison the same computer. i checked other computers and the dnn intranet is down.

 uninstalled ie 8 beta that went fine but now all i get is:

Request timed out.

I checked the website via iis and it works fine, the browsers just time out when they try to connect to the site, i havent changed any code, could it be a service which has stopped???

Please help me get back up and running, thanks

did you really install a beta version of a browser on your intranet server?

my appoligies this was an easy fix i had to reset iis and it fixed the problem
