Server Error when add image in Text/HTML module?

I've had lots of problems after upgrading to 5.0 from 4.9.

When trying to add content in the Text/HTML module and adding an image I get a Server Error.

Thanks, Chad

Me too, this was a real shocker when I just wanted to add a simple image

I have the same problem after upgrading to 5.0. While in image properties, I click on Browse Server and I get a dialog box with

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="Off"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error

Rick if you make the changes suggested in the error message you'll get a more detailed error message that might point to the actual problem.

please make sure to copy dotnetnuke.fckeditorhtmlprovider.dll from /bin/provider to /bin folder.

you also may need to grant read permission to page editors for appropriate folders in admin >  File Manager.
