When installing 4.9.1 on Vista Ultimate system I get the following Event.  It seems to make the DNN database ok but when I install the AspDotNetStorefront model I am getting an error that simply says object not initialized.  The only evidence I can find of something going wrong is this event.  Any ideas on why I could be getting this event?
