I've just run the DNN 5.01 Starter Kit (It is successful.).  But I can't see it in VS2008 -> New Website -> My Templates.. How can I see it?

Since DNN is written in VB, select VB as the language and you will see the DNN templates.  If you select C#, you will not see them

Some time ago, there was discussion about DNN utilizing C#.  What is the status of that?  There are, I'm sure, plenty of developers like myself who don't have any desire to go back to VB, and prefer to work in C#, but would like to still utilize the portal application code.  Could we at least get a status update on a timeline for DNN in C#?

You can write all the custom modules you'd like in C# and they'll function just perfectly inside DotNetNuke. Jon Henning even has some amazing vs.net templates posted on CodePlex which includes a C# and VB.net module templates to get you going.
