You could try Sebastians advice here (make sure you back the files up):

Also see if the dll isn't duplicated under the bin folder elsewhere.

If that doesn't work state which third party modules you use.

And Cheers it is... Deleting those 2 bins worked with no issue. I tried searching for them and couldn't find them yesterday -.- But i just looked for them by sorting and there they were. That worked perfectly. So right now the only issue (and i don't see it affecting anything right now) is the sql provider that didn't update to 5.1. Thanks a ton Shirley.
