There is just one conclusion.

The release 5.1.2 of install pack was not tested before it was uploaded to CodePlex.

This is a big minus to DNN project managers.

Me also, I had the same issue that people here have. The upgrade from 5.1.1 was fine, but if you try to install the 5.1.2 from install pack, then you'll have to deal with infinite error messages everywhere.

Please, update the install pack of DNN.

I'm having the same Language Error Problem.  I tried to force my host portal to accept a default language.  I have 6 languages enabled on the site/host.  It showed no language choices available in host site settings.  I made the selections and it gives error message, then finally it let me have the choice of english as default language for the host portal, which I selected and errors went away for that portal.  However, no languages are enabled on any portal (there should be 6 on each), and I cannot change skins, etc on any other portal, nor do they have a default language choice.  I attempt to change anything related to languages and get an error, but never allowed a default language choice for the other portals.  I think if I could get to a default choice, most of the errors would go away.  Then it would be just how to enable languages again.

Gotta love "free" software, huh?

You can force the language directly in database table.
