New Install, No issues on install, updating the Admin > System Settings Menu;

Without making any changes, just selecting Update at the bottom of the page it blows up as follows:

Hi, I'm having the same issue with multiple domains I recently installed 5.01.02 on. All are fresh installs.
I tried the solution above, but I have a BLANK Default Language, i.e., when I clicked on the Drop Down menu at Admin > Site Settings > Advanced Settings > Other Settings > Default Language , there is nothing in it.

What am I missing ?
