I am having the same problem... did you ever find a solution... recylcing the application pool in IIS fixes the server error, but every once in a while when I make an update I get it again.

actually all the steps mentioned doesnt solve the problem i have the same problem now on the domain www.zaghloulholdings.com/site/ and it happened while i was uploading images and editing pages content please advise what should be done to solve this
