Hi I have made a web site and I wan'y to copy it, with all modules and text.
I have made

- Copy of the root directory
- DB Backup and restore to another one
- Modify of the Db sring in the web.config
- configure IIS to the new domain
- add/modify the new alias in the PortalAlias table

I run my web browser to the new domain, but never appear the browser stay there and after a lot of time go in time out?

use fiddler or another web proxy to analyse the communication from your local browser.

Make sure, IIS web site has been setup properly ("ASP.Net 2.0 support and default.aspx as default document).
