Which version of DotNetNuke and which package (Install, Source, WebInstaller) did you use?

If you used the source package, the Telerik.Web.UI.dll assembly file is not included in the /bin folder until the DotNetNuke solution is built. If you are not going to build the solution then it is necessary to first copy the file Telerik.Web.UI.dll from the library\components\telerik\bin folder to the website\bin folder.

If you used the install package (recommended), the Telerik.Web.UI.dll assembly file should already be in the packages \bin folder. However, due to a Windows security patch which Microsoft pushed last fall, certain files including some dlls and vb code files will not be properly extracted from a zip file (such as the DotNetNuke packages) unless one first right clicks on the .zip file, selects Properties from the context menu, then clicks the "Unblock" button. Perhaps that is what happened to you. Please recheck the DotNetNuke package and if necessary copy the Telerik.Web.UI.dll file from the package's \bin folder to your site's \bin folder.

When I tried visiting your website a few minutes ago I received the server error "Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.Common.Global'" in Global.asax. That message is usually an indication that your site's web.config file is missing.
