Hi,

I have a development environment.  I have copied successfully to a test environment, and am now trying to deploy to my web server.  I have created a new portal alias, uploaded the site files (the same files I did for my test environment which is working), restored the database on my server, and configured the web.config to point correctly to my db.  I have limitted view of what is going wrong, all I see on my web server is "site is currently unavailable" (it has been redirected to UnderConstruction.htm.

Have I forgetten something?  Is there a tutorial which I can double check what I've done?  Thank you.

Did you set the file permission appropriately for your site.  You may need to re-apply them ... Check out Mitchel Seller's site for direction on complete installs.
