I'm having trouble getting to the install wizard. I've downloaded community version 5.03.01

I have windows server 2003, SQL Server Express 2008. I have followed all the permissions and have default.aspx as my default document. When I try to go to http://localhost/DNN I get a page cannot be found message. I have made sure the site is running and has all the appropriate permissions. I have tried putting the default.aspx extension on as well, but I get a resource cannot be found page.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look?

Thanks in advance.

make sure, default.aspx has been added as default document in IIS web site configuration and Asp.Net 3.5. SP1 is installed and enabled.

Thank you for the reply. I have installed ASP. NET 3.5 SP1 as you have recommended.

I also have doublechecked to make sure the default.aspx is the defauls document. However, I still have the same issue that when I try to get to the default page, I still get the page cannot be found message.

Any other places to look? Thanks in advance.
