Hi

I understand from a book that I'm reading on DNN Module Programming that there is a DNN Starter Kit that includes a .vsi file to install around half a dozen dynamic and compiled module templates for Visual Studio, but I can't find this on the site. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Also, I only had the option to install DNN as a Web Site Project (WSP) and not as a Web Application Project (WAP). How do I install it as a WAP?

Thanks! Mark
