Hello all,
I have installed DNN 5.4.4 on my Godaddy deluxe hosting account and the primary DNN site is up and running, however I am trying to install a 5.X skins and container package I purchased. I find teh extension wizard and I upload the skins and the containers using the wizard just fine but when I try to change to teh skins listed in the dropdown box I get an error at the top of the page that says:

Could not load skin: /portals/_default/skins/Blue_transparent2/roundindexfull.ascx, Error: The file '/home/desktopmoduals/cybermenuSO.ascx' does not exist.

WHen I ftp into the site I see the roundindexfull.ascx file but the directory structure it is in starts with    /home/portals/_default/skins/Blue_transparent2/roundindexfull.ascx

The /home is the root directory that Godaddy made me install DNN into for the primary site in the host section of my account manager. Is there a way I can add the home to the extension installer wizard to allow it to place the correct path during the upload of skins.
OR
Am I missing something in the setup of DNN on Godaddy that made this happen?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

The directory discrepancy is not an issue, DNN refers to the folder from the root of the DNN install, not the root of your folder structure.  More likely is a permission issue, make sure the folders inherit the permissions all the way down in the new folders, not sure how that's done on GoDaddy's control panel though.

Hey Jeff
THANKS!!!
I just pushed the read write by admins permissions down in the home directory to all of the children and it worked.
Thanks again.
