Hi,

I have just accidently delete DNN Search Input & Results for DNN 4.9.5. Is anyone able to provide these for download so I can get my search up and running?

Many Thanks.

Hi Jason,

If I understood you correctly you want to reinstall the 2 modules "Search Input" and "Search Results". I was not really able to package them again so you could install as a regular module, so I'm Not 100% if this will really do, but lets try:

1 - I got a copy of the search module related files in the zip below. They are from DNN 495;
http://www.dnnhero.com/portals/0/files/search.zip

2 - Unzip them in your site under /admin/search folder;

3 - As you are creating the modules manually again so you have to create the module definitions manually as well under "Host"/"Module Definitions" "Create Module Definition". Use the two images inside the zip file ("Search Input.JPG", "Search Results.JPG") as a reference to setup the 2 module definitions;

Hopefully this will do it.

There are also some tables related to the search module. Not sure if they were also delete. If you do get further issues, let me know and I will try to assist.

Best regards,
-Aderson

AFAIK, deleting core modules does NOT delete any files, it just removes the registration entries.
