Hi all

I'm trying to make an installation of DNN (latest install version) on a pc configured in this way

1) Win 7 32 bit
2) SQL Express 2008
3) Visual studio 2008

I install a fresh installation of DNN and all seem to go ok.

After to install script say "now you can go to new site" (or something like this phrase) I click on the button and I see the DNN try to go to the :

http://localhost/<sitename>/install/

directory.

If I try to digit

http://localhost/<sitename>/default.aspx

same thing happen.

I tried to install the site 3 time (after I deleted the site, the database and recreated directory with original installation file) with same results.

I use this machine to develop web site in asp 3.5, so, "I believe", all is configured correctly.

Have you any idea to solve this question?

Thanks

Alex

im not sure what it might be,but one thing worth trying is to install webpi http://www.microsoft.com/web/downloads/platform.aspx , and try it that way - it will detect any missing requirements and perhaps point out something odd.
