Did anyone determien what the fix for this was? I too am having an upgrade issue at this stage. I did have the following dependentAssembly:






Removing this, and the telerik dll does not appear to be enough though. I know that our web.config has been modified for use with other modules--but nothing crazy implemented.

Because of this though, I think our upgrade process has failed. Any thoughts? I am right now trying to go from 5.1.4 to 5.6

i'm having the same problem, the copy of the 5.06 bits into the 5.05 directory from the upgrade package results in failure upon site load related to the Telerik control. I changed the web.config and the site has editor problems now, we can't edit pages in design mode (raw worked fine). most aggrevating.
