I have so far spent 10 solid hours trying to figure out why I get the /Install/UnderConstruction.htm page at my host site arvixe.com.  I see, in the source code, that many different error messages could be obtained but ironically, those error messages are never persisted.  It is actually pointless for the code to set the detailed error messages that it does since in the end it only looks at the first 5 characters ERROR to determine to display the /Install/UnderConstruction.htm page with no details.  Please include the error message that was recorded on that page, or in a log, or in a message box, or somewhere.

AFAIK the details are logged inside the eventlog table in the database. But feel free to log an enhancement request at support.dotnetnuke.com
