Hi ,
  Actually i had install or setup DNN in my desktop.
I have desktop in which VS 2010 and Sql server 2008 and iis 5.1 are installed.
I had done setup of DNN and give the password of Super User and Admin...
After this i cann't understand how and where i can use this CMS..So can you please tell me.. I'll wait for reply.

login to the site, e.g. as superuser, and edit all pages. You'll need VS only to create custom extensions (modules, skin objects, providers), all content is added via your browser.

Dear Sebastian ,
   I didn't understand that How to use or create my first application In DNN.
Becoz i didn't show any link or tool of DNN in my VS 10..
can you explain that how to make First DNN  Application ?

simply run the web site in your browser. VS is used only for creating extensions or rebuilding the library. check out the quickstart video somewhere on this site.
