I recently moved our site to a new hosting provider and I now recieve an exception error.
If someone could let me know what this error is and how to fix, I would be very greatful!

Although this appears to be more than a usual file system permissions issue, I would first check either in your hosting control panel or in a support request to your hosting provider that the ASP.Net worker process account (.Net IIS Identity account) has been granted full file system permissions (including modify) on the installations root folder and all child folders. If you are able to access the Host --> Host Settings or Host --> Dashboard commands, the exact name of the .Net IIS Identity account will be shown.

I also see in the stack trace that there is a code access security (CAS) check failure during an operation involving reflection. This could be the underlying cause of the error if your new host provides a modified trust level less than medium trust or if the failed operation was trying to reflectively access a private member field in which case full trust would have been required.

I also note in the stack trace that "The Zone of the assembly that failed was: MyComputer". Is this error occuring when browsing to the home page of the site or when performing a particular function on a specific module - most likely a custom or third-party module which might be trying to access a file or resource outside of the website's application root folder using the My.Computer namespace.

Thanks Bill! Your response has quickly brought the issue to surface...  My ISP's response was:

The use of StrongNamed dll's is restricted within asp.net applications on our MS hosting as they require a Full Trust level.

I guess I need to look at another Host...
