Now that I have installed DotNetNuke with no errors, whats next? How do I go about change the content and design of the site? How do I manager users? Also, what can I do now which I couldnt do before with simple ASP .NET 2.0 ??

And yes, why are all the pages in ascx format? How can I display an acsx page in a browser?

These are not pages, they are user controls. They are grouped as modules and you add them to your pages. You will catch the idea once you have logged in.
