I just applied the 5.6.2 patch to a 5.5.0 system and received the following error:

Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'IX_dnn_Version' etc...

So I drilled down to the dnn_Version table, and removed the 5.6.2. entry. Refreshed the site, and the update proceeded with a minor error with the version number. Even though it said the error detail would be in the log, I could not find any more info.

Luckily I did this on my dev server (a copy of production).  Has anyone else seen this with the 5.6.2 patch?

(Oops - posted to wrong forum. Can someone move this for me?)

Had you previously upgraded the dev site to the BETA 5.6.2 or had a previous failure when performing the upgrade to 5.6.2?
