I have installed a new DNN 5.6.2 site three time this moning and it ran into a js file loading error all the time.  The login/register link does not work. When I managed to login through ?ctl/login.aspx method, I cannot update any settings with the Update button.
Here is the error message?
By the way, I am using IE 8 to show this error message. The links do not work in FireFox either.

The problem is gone now. This problem may be related to our local newwork settings enforced by newwork policy. When I have an answer for this issue, I will follow up. After many attempts with install/upgrade, the new site is working now. The new install took just a few minutes to the woring status now.
