Hello all.
I was following the Chris Hammond Video "Installing DotNetNuke on Windows 7 and SQL Server 2008" even though I have Vista SP2 and IIS7.5.
My virtual path of an application under the Default Web Sites is dnn562. So, if I typed the URL http://localhost/dnn562 that should bring my local DNN installation up. Again the corresponding physical folder location is C:\inetpub\wwwroot\dnn562.
During my installation I come to the point that I change the Security Property of the physical location of the virtual path under the C:\inetput\wwwroot\dnn562. I have to set the security access to the physical folder with application DefaultAppPool, but the Vista SP2 does not have such account. This is what I did:
(1) In the IIS Manager ("inetmgr"), I selected the Advance Settings of the Application Pools. (Right-click Application Pools >> Select DefaultAppPool >> Change the Process Model Identity to ApplicationPoolIdentity from NetworkService, which was default for the Vista.
(2) Now, when I try to add the account my Vista does not show up the IIS AppPoo\DefaultAppPool. This is the point I got stuck.

Anyone has any idea? Please.
thanks.
Woogon
