Hi all,

As Shaun Walker posted on his blog on 2/28/2011, dotnetnuke switched to c#.

but when i download the latest source code, i still see a lot of vb codes in it. am i downloading  from wrong location, or is it not the fact that dnn became 100% c#?

If by the latest source code you mean DotNetNuke version 5.6.3 then yes you will see all VB code. The switch to C# for the framework code will occur with the release of DotNetNuke v 6.0. Check out the Beta 2 release of 6.0 (available at http://dotnetnuke.codeplex.com/releas...). Most core and third party modules will (for the immediate future anyway) continue to code in VB.
