Unauthorized Access Error

File C:\inetpub\wwwroot\LCEEnterprise\Portals\_default\\Logs\LogFailures.xml.resources
Error   The Windows User Account listed below must have Read/Write Privileges for the website path.

So, doing a fresh install on a VM of Enterprise version of DNN 6.01.02. However, I get the above error, which looked like a step up from previous errors. This is on the same server as the professional trial I had been working with. Despite trial working the Enterprise keeps having trouble with permissions when trying to start up the install. Anyone know what might be wrong?

the error states missing permissions for the windows account being used by ASP.Net (as configured in the application pool associated with your IIS web site)
