Hello,

Register does not show next to login on home page. When i choose Login and page comes up with the option Register on the Login page. If i select Register instead of Login I get the register page but at the top  a message is displayed - "You cannot register at this time for this site. Please contact your the site Administrator to find out when Registration will be reopened. "  You can enter all of the user information but  the Register button is locked out. Logging in and going to Admin, User Accounts i am able to enter a new user. Also set admin, site settings, security settings, - User Registration: to PUBLIC  and i set Admin, Security Roles, - Registered Users to: PUBLIC.

I have had this issue in 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 versions.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I really need help with this one, I have spent many hours reading forums, and looking at the database to compare settings. I just know it's something simple, and some really smart person will just say "Oh that's easy, just do this". Okay smart person, do your thing!

thats actually not an error, but a warning that you have exceeded the registration quota -by default this is 0 (which gives unlimited registration) but this can be set to lower limits if needed - you can change this value by logging in as the host and going to admin->site settings , click on advanced settings, expand out host settings and set the value you require in "user quota"
