Hello,

During installation, I got a message after in installation was reported as Successful, that the AutoInstall (I think that was the option) was unchecked because the database couldn't be accessed or found, I don't recall the exact working. I guess it was looking for SQL Server Express.  Next it said it was setting up the database and seemed to be making progress, but this went on for over an hour until I finally stopped it using Task Manager.  I tried to start the installation again, but got the Startup screen and Video, which showed that I should log in.  I was never able set up a SuperUser or Admin account as shown in the installation video.  Now I have no idea what to do.  I would like to uninstall and start over or set up a user.

Thank you for any help and God Bless,

Mark A. Sam

Try logging in with

username host

password dnnhost

Though if the install took 30 minutes, I would recommend deleting it and starting over (definitely if that login info doesn't work)

Chris,

Thank you for the response.  That did work. I'll try it out before I decide to reinstall.  I think it just got caught in a loop or something.   And thank you for the Installation Video.  It helped me get to this point.

God Bless,

Mark
