First of all sorry for my poor english.

My problem.

I have installed DNN on WebMatrix, i configured my site and all work fine.

I  try to deploy my DoteNetNuke on my web host.

All connection data, checked and fine.

Wen WebMatrix try to syncronize (so i think) appear the message that cannot execute the iisApp on remote, the message continue, cant verify the differences etc.

If i install DNN on WebMatrix but i dont configure my portal (i dont execute DNN on browswer) and i try to deploy on my host, all work fine!

I checked with my host support, and there all work fine.

But they report that server get my WebMatrix connection and the test that WebMatrix perform before to upload the site, but after the test any connection are done from WebMatrix to the server.

Is some like, WebMatrix cant access to portal files after DNN perform the portal creation. (Just my idea)

I tryed to change the permission on the folder of the site to everyone, but dont resolve the issue.

The SO is Windows 7.

Regards

Ugo

P.S. Is possible to copy the entire dnn site to another dnn site ?

you may copy the site and database, just needing to adopt both (uncommented) connection strings in your web.config and make sure, all file and sql server permissions are granted correctly.
How does your connection string look like (please don't post username and password)?
