Hello All,

In my dnn website order email not send.

In which Catalook.NetStote-->Store Settings SMTP details is all ready exist (i.e. Store email,SMTP's username-password-port-server).

That' s means it's "Test Email Configuration" give "Email Sent Successfully ". But whenever user give any order than it's order email not send to particular email id. Which is all ready mention in SMTP Settings.

Please provide solution as soon as possible.

please make sure, the SMTP user account is configured for "Relaying"

Hi,

Yes, SMTP user account is properly configured for "Relaing" because it's test email send successfully. But when user give order then email id not sent to order id.

Note :: order not send to particular order id. and it' s smtp details is correct because test email configuration return "successfully send email"

Above details description explain in following.

Order email send/receive process not working.
 
In https://diamondone.com.au site’s exist the SMTP with all settings (i.e.SMTP Server and port,SMTP authentication,SMTP Username,SMTP password and with store email).
It’s Test Email Configuration also give success message (i.e. “Email Sent Successfully”), which show at Inbox of configured email id.
It’s New User Registration and contact us also working fine, because it’s send email can shows at inbox of configured email id.
 
But major issue is whenever  user give any order and complete all though out steps of order, it’s order email not send configured order id and registered user id.
 
Note :: SMTP details exist in it’ s Catalook.NetStore’s  Store Settings and also Hostà Host Settings à Advanced Settings à SMTP Server Settings, and it’s test email successfully working. It's SMTP Log is :: 250+OK++Recipient+ok
 
Please give solution about the order email not working, as soon as possible.
