Are there any way to install DNN on postgresql. i want to do my project in that way.becuse i want to store map data also.

no, DotNetNuke requires sql server (or sql express) by default - whilst you can swap in an alternative dataprovider for a different database I am not aware of a postgressql. Of course you can write a custom module and save data as you please e.g. have it connect to postgressql. BTW recent sql server versions have strong spatial data capabilities and types.
