We've tried all we can to get this to work but it won't even start the wizard.

We'd just like to confirm that it's possible and we aren't wasting any more time on DNN.

I've gone from 5.6.1 to 6.2 without any problems. Detailing the steps that you've gone through may help people here to give you better answers rather than ones like mine.

Glad to hear that!

We downloaded the upgrade files and ftp'd them... several times to be sure.

At first we tried to set "autoupgrade" to false BUT when we went to /install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade we get "connection reset" every time.

So, we changed it back to true.  Then we got the Wizard login screen.  Entered the host login information and was taken to the same error message.  "connection reset"  (,,./Install/UpgradeWizard.aspx)

We've never had this type of problem before.

Thanks
