I've read the other posts about this error, but I am getting it during a different part of the install (and I've tried all the other suggestions for the other errors). I'm getting this error consistently after the "Configuring SuperUser:" portion of the install. What is going on?

I'm using Windows Server 2003, IIS is configured correctly, database created correctly, 1 GB ram, new install of DNN. Also using DotNetNuke.install.config (after trying to use SmallBusiness.install.config). Help?
