Hi There,

I try to install dnn 4.x the latest downloadable released version but get a message about a stored-procedure that does not exist. It looks like it has to do with my partitioned with FAT32.

My question: Is it possible to install DNN on FAT32, if so how do I do that?

Thnx in advance...

Folder security requires NTFS, to convert from FAT 32 to NTFS, follow the instructions on the following link.

DNN could be installed on FAT32 partition (it’s even simpler that installing on NTFS because you don’t need to set permissions). Check whether you performed all the necessary actions with DB (grant db_owner to db user etc.).

Did you install DNN on clear database?

Yes I installed dnn on a clear database under sql server 2005. I've given the user all rights he can get, but still I get the message. Note that I created a database user with SQL server authentication. (connectionString="Server=(local);Database=DotNetNuke;uid=dnnUser;pwd=dnnUser;")

Can it have anything to do with the user running the ASP account. What user should I choose for IIS verification anonimous? I use now the aspnet user account? Should I use windows integrated security?

DotNetNuke Configuration Error

The other message that comes by is...

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

ERROR: Could not connect to database.`x

The stored procedure 'dbo.GetPortalAliasByPortalID' doesn't exist.
