Dear all,

I 've a strange issue installing dnn 06.02.09, on my win 8.1 and iis 7.0.

Running installation on a browser  I've this error:

It's impossible use section of configuration at this path. Error happens when section is locked at parent level. Block happens for default setting (overrideModeDefault="Deny") or it's set by tag of path with overrideMode="Deny" or with previous allowOverride="false".

and it shows these lines of code

How can i solve it?
