7.3.4 to 7.4.1 no good.. broke host/admin menu, main dropdowns won't work + the ones under host settings, can't even open the logs on the Event Viewer page.. when I click on them nothing happens..

My site was working JUST FINE before.. I don't understand why we have to deal with this upgrade gamble almost every time.. I didn't even use my site much for the past few months.. didn't change anything.. didn't install new modules.. how can it break from an upgrade when it was working fine before??

We know it's a DNN issue as Sebastian releases scripts all the time to try to fix these issues.. I tried the 4 newly (today with 7.4.1 support) released scripts but didn't help much.. it gave me back the main admin/host dropdown but then it wiped out all the superuser accounts..

Anyway.. I restored from backup, but I don't get it why these issues cannot be fixed before release..

I test DNN Platform and 7.3.4 to latest release is a main upgrade path and has been since 7.4 started up.
You get errors in your log files from the upgrade or from when you try to access Host or Admin menus?

Had you run Turbo Scripts against 7.3.4 before you upgraded?

I don't get errors, the menus just don't work.. I couldn't click on the logs in the Event Viewer either and I already restored my whole VPS so can't check anything now.

I never ran Tubo scripts, only the Fix rules/portal/host ones AFTER I installed 7.4.1 and saw all the issues.

Ok
I'd ask for your site but I have a tendency to loose them before I get them into a VM for testing. :(
Could you please throw up a list of the 3rd party modules installed in your site and I'll add them to my already enlarged 7.3.4 test site and re-run the 7.3.4 > 7.4.1 upgrade on my end

Sorry, I almost forgot, I did get an error during install, but after running the installer again it installed fine. Here's the error I got:
