I get an error on a clean new installation, says: 

18% ERROR occured - System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. Drop constraints from dbo.[TabModuleSettings] Drop constraints from dbo.[TabModules] Drop constraints from dbo.[ModuleSettings]… 

It looks like the same issue which was already reported about a week ago by user thabaum on GitHub:  https://github.com/dnnsoftware/Dnn.Platform/issues/2651 

I used the DNN_Platform_9.3.1.2_Install.zip package and a MS SQL Server 2016. Is there any workaround, explanation or solution for it!?

Hi Wolfgang,

I just tried this in a testing environment, there was no problem.

My suspect is the template, please try to install it with the "Empty" template instead of the "Default" template. Does this help?

Thanks Michael for your help. The problem is gone with the RC of version 9.3.2. It looks like it was solved by this pull request:

Hope, that the final version (9.3.2) will be released today (as announced in the road map)!?
