Hello

I have a hosting plan at seekdotnet.com with 3 IIS-Websites.

My hosting Portal is ruttensoft.com (as the domain name isnt transfered yet, its http://ruttensoft.com.91.seekdotnet.com)

Now I have created a second website in the Hosting Management. I got http://energie-haefliger.com.91.seekdotnet.com/ as new domain pointer for this website.

So I tried to create a new Portal in DotNetNuke, pointing to energie-haefliger.com.91.seekdotnet.com (as parent)

That succeeded, but if I now enter energie-haefliger.com.91.seekdotnet.com, I still get the standard "Your Website is successfully installed on our Server
Powered by SeekDotNet Windows 2003 Server"-message

What have I done wrong?

It should be possible what I want, doesnt it?

Thanks

Sven

It looks like you probably got it worked out with your Joomla installation. You probably found that it was an index.html file or something like that put there by SeekDotNet or your DNN installation did not have the correct portal alias. In any event your ruttensoft site looks very nice.

Good Luck,

Mike
