I tried to search and didn't find anything that would help with this issue, so I'm sorry if it's a double post.  I am attemping to upgrade 3.3 to 4.4 by following directions at  www.datasprings.com/default.aspx.  I followed it step by step, but when I ran it the last time to trigger the upgrade, I got errors.  My log is as follows:

Ok, I cut off half the log to shorten this beast.  If you want to full log I will email or post it somewhere else as a file.  Does anyone have any ideas?  I'm stumped and am going to setup a fresh install of 3.3 and try upgrading using the same process to see if it's just an issue with this site that I'm upgrading or if the process if flawed.
