hi

i have dnn4.4.1

I have problems with the file manager on my site. I have some sub folders under the portal root folder but the only folder that is seen, is the portal root folder. Is there something I need to do to see all folders  when I open the file manager?

IIs this normal?

Thank you so much for your help

if there is no + sign in front of the roott folder, you need to synchronize the file system. You find the button in the upper right corner, don't forget to check "recursive".

It would be nice if recursive were checked by default.

Are you running any 3rd party compression tools?

I ran into a similar issue when the file manager screen was compressed.
