ok im new with dnn ond dont know how to open it or with waht if sombody could give me a brief tutorial on how to open it from the download for 4.2 starter kit.

Our website offers some video tutorials on how to do some of the basics with DNN.  One of the videos is a Installing DNN video: "DNN Core: DotNetNuke Installation" located under the "Portal Training Video" category.  I hope this helps.
