I have loaded up the
StartJob Installing: Survey (04.00.70)
StartJob Starting Installation
StartJob Reading files
the system loads but then throws up a error to access the data base, the tables seem to be there but comes up with an UnauthorizedAccessException. not sure whats happening looking for some experts in the DNN area to get me to tne next step.. thanks in advnace for your help

seems you have a problem with the permissions on your filesystem. Depending on your hosting contract, you might be able to change those permissions yourself. DNN likes to have modify permissions in the root of the application and everything below

OKay that sound like it is worth checking out, I have been my control panel to get access to my permissions,  say abc and 123 as password and user names to access my permissions rights, except when I go into my DDN control panel being host and abchost as an example I have not modifed any permissions for dnn to have rights to this dir, still finiding my way through this, do I have to give rights to my host account  permissions to allow access???

spot on erikVB good call yes the permissions for my public_htm folder were not set for anon
