I had missed it, thanks.  But now I'm waiting for a "Skin Manager" module, which doesn't solve the complaint I have, it only makes it more complicated.

Such are the trials of software...  :)

Thanks,

Jeff

so not only was there not one core team response during the last couple of weeks this thread was discussed..

but the end result..  no changes?      as usual..  the forum users are not considered stakeholders, it was quite clear what the consensus was ..

congrats!

Thanks for the fix, John.  So very helpful as usual, and almost as if you anticipate me posting the question...was on my 'how to..' list to post.  :) Now if I could just get someone to recognize the other local DNN search issues in the threads I have posted (duplicates, et al).

Hello,

I have installed the latest 4.5.5 version. Everything is perfect, excepted that the "site-web search" breaks my skin... Check the screen capture:

For the moment, I have disable it (thanks to John for the tip), but I would like to re-enable it, without the ugly rectangle around the tick mark... I do not know how to do this, can anybody help me ??? I have bought the skin, it was not designed by me... Any tips or indication to progress is welcome. Thank you so much.

Declic,

check out the css for the skin, there seems to be a size specified for the search class, that gets applied to the text box and text and should be removed.
