I am looking for something that will log the activities of

each user in a specific way such as: text, links and images updates, including the pages these actions took place.

If you have some SQL and HTML knowledge you can try this module. Module supports triggers like functionality and you can create insert custom sql statements. Module is not free, but you can try it for free.
