Hi,

When I click on update for adding a vendor under the admin menu, I get 2 error messages am I doing something wrong here do I need to configure anything. The SMPT server under hosts settings is working fine as I get the mails for new user registrations.

1. There was a problem with sending the email to the Administrator

2. There was a problem with sending the email to the Vendor.

When I check the Event Log it gives the following message :

This sounds like an error message on your SMTP server that is caused by the "From" address being something different than your provided login account.

When e-mails are set they are sent using the admin account's email address.  Your mailserver rejected it more than likely because your login account (under host settings) is different than the sender.
